Since 2011, Overcash — a former High School All-American from Germantown Academy (PA) and scholarship outfielder at the University of Delaware — has been deeply involved in scouting, player development, and the evolving college recruiting landscape. With extensive knowledge of emerging baseball technology and data-driven evaluation, Overcash provides trusted eyes to college programs seeking talent on the field and character off of it.
